Was previously worded as if AT support pre-existed and this fork only
fixed bugs in it. It was actually added from scratch here, specifically
for backward compatibility with software written for old ESP8266-based
ZiFi modules running Espressif's own AT firmware.

Root README: new "Интерфейсы" section listing the supported AT+ subset
alongside the native SPI protocol. firmware/README.md: added the three
AT-related fixes (lazy WiFi init before the first network AT command,
AT+GMR display-capture timing, AT+NET_NTP -> standard AT+CIPSNTPCFG/
AT+CIPSNTPTIME) to the changelog - all verified present in current
source before writing this up.

Repo landing page was empty (only firmware/README.md existed) - add an
overview, repo layout, quick-start, and requirements, cross-linking to
firmware/README.md for the detailed changelog.
